Local Delivery (Singapore)

  • Free local delivery (Standard Delivery) is available for orders SGD60 and above.
  • If your order is under SGD60, a delivery fee at the flat rate of SGD3.99 is applicable.
  • Total delivery time will take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However during peak periods such as Chinese New Year or sales, we really appreciate your understanding that we may take longer than this.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address is provided correctly upon checking out. In the event that the address provided is incorrect, LIKKA will not be liable for the cost of redelivery.
  • All local orders (Standard Delivery) are delivered via our courier service provider, Ninjavan. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the delivery details.
  • LIKKA may introduce new shipping options during peak period such as Chinese New Year.
  • For an order with a mix of backorder item(s) and non-backorder item(s), we will only ship out the items when the backorder has arrived. Pls email to enquiries@likka.sg if you would like your non-backorder item(s) to be shipped out first. In such cases, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees if the separate parcels cost less than $60.
  • To track your parcel status, simply log on to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking.
  • Kindly take note that your delivery address is not in the Restricted Zone.

Overseas Delivery

  • We offer international standard shipping to Malaysia via Ninja Van.
  • Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order.
  • Shipping duration* is 3-7 days for West Malaysia and 5-13 days for East Malaysia.
  • Your parcel(s) may be subjected to customs taxes and duties at destination country.
  • Shipping duration is estimated and parcels may be subjected to delays due to factors such as customs clearance & weather conditions. 
  • For an order with a mix of backorder item(s) and non-backorder item(s), we will only ship out the items when the backorder has arrived. Pls email to enquiries@likka.sg if you would like your non-backorder item(s) to be shipped out first. In such cases, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees
